Creamy Ice Coffee

• 1 cup coffee, brewed with twice the amount coffee powder
• 2 scoops ice cream (vanilla)
• 1 cup milk
• 2 teaspoons sugar, brown or caramel syrup or dulce de leche
• 1 cup crushed ice
• whipped cream

Instructions

1. Sweeten the hot coffee with brown sugar, caramel syrup or dulce de leche as desired and pour over the crushed ice in the blender. Add the vanilla ice cream and mix everything together until an even cream is obtained. Add the milk, mix briefly and then pour into a 0.5 L glass. Garnish with whipped cream to taste.
2. Also tastes very good with chocolate ice cream and chocolate syrup.
