  • 4 kohlrabi
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 200 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Peel, wash, halve, quarter and cut the kohlrabi into fine slices. Peel the onion, dice finely and sauté in the oil until translucent. Add the kohlrabi, sauté briefly in it, season and deglaze with the cream. Let the whole thing simmer until the kohlrabi is done and then season again to taste.
