Ingredients

  • 650 ml water
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 1 packet cream cheese, approx. 200 g
  • 1 package processed cheese (Gouda processed cheese), approx. 200 g
  • 0.5 bag ½ Gouda cheese, grated, approx. 100 g
  • 0.5 bag ½ / s mozzarella, grated, approx. 100 g
  • 500 g spirelli
  • Onion (noun)
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic
  • Herbs
  • 300 g minced meat

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Sear the minced meat in a deep pan or in a saucepan. If necessary, sauté the onions.
  2. When the minced meat is golden brown, add the water and cream and bring to the boil briefly. Add processed cheese, herbs and spices to taste and simmer until a creamy sauce is formed.
  3. Add the pasta and mix briefly with the minced meat and sauce. Put the minced pasta mass in a baking dish and top with the two different types of cheese.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
