  • 700 g potato (s), sliced
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • fat
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 ml cream
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Let the fat and onions turn translucent in the microwave. Add half of the thinly sliced potatoes, season and pour half of the cream over them. Then repeat the process with the remaining potato slices and pour the remaining cream over them. First cook for 5-10 minutes with the lid in the microwave, then cook for about 15-20 minutes without the lid. Stir gently from time to time.
  2. Note: Unfortunately, I cannot provide any information about the exact wattage, as my microwave only has three levels. I always do this on the medium level.
