Ingredients
- 200 g tofu (silken tofu)
- 1 tablespoon sesame paste (tahini)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 piece (s) ginger, thumb-length, possibly more, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
- 1 teaspoon honey or a comparable vegetable sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vinegar, darker, more Chinese
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce

- All ingredients e.g., puree with a magic wand. Carefully add the soy sauce little by little. The special aroma of the Chinese vinegar adds a lot to the taste of the dip. If the consistency is still too firm at the end, despite sufficient saltiness, a little water can be carefully added.
- I recommend telling tofu skeptics that they have just eaten tofu only after they have been consumed. Because then you are guaranteed to taste it!
- Goes very well with vegetable sticks, Asian finger food or hot and spicy new potatoes. Or just on bread. Caution: saturates!
