Ingredients

  • 8 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup espresso
  • 125 g low-fat quark
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon, optional
  • Cocoa, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Place four ladyfingers in a bowl. Drizzle half of the espresso over the ladyfingers.
  2. Mix the quark, crème fraîche, sugar and vanilla sugar to a cream. If you want it to be Christmassy, you can now add a pinch of cinnamon.
  3. Spread half of the cream on the biscuits. Place the remaining biscuits on top of the cream. Drizzle with the espresso again. Spread the rest of the cream on top. Dust with cocoa. Let it steep briefly, preferably in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
  4. Spread some cocoa over it again. Serve with fresh or hot frozen berries as desired.
