  • 10 turkey schnitzel, roughly the same size
  • 10 medium onion (s)
  • 1 glass mustard, medium hot
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups sweet cream
  • sugar
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the mustard, sour cream and cream in a saucepan and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Peel the onions, cut into rings and sauté until translucent. Cut the meat to the size of medallions and place in a lightly greased dish. Spread the onions and sour cream sauce over the top.
  2. Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for around 30 minutes.
  3. Either bread or rice is enough.
