Ingredients

  • 1 lemon (s), untreated
  • 2 cups yogurt (cream)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 can tangerine (s)

Instructions

  1. Wash lemon with hot water and dry. Rub off the peel. Mix the yogurt, sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest. Then add lemon juice to taste. Drain the fruit. Layer the yoghurt-sour cream mixture and fruits, except for a few for garnish, in 4 dessert glasses. Decorate with fruits and serve.
