Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Then beat the egg yolks with the sugar until creamy until the sugar crystals have dissolved. Add the mascarpone to the sugar and egg yolk mixture and stir to form a homogeneous mixture. Then fold this mixture into the stiff egg white.
  2. Clean the strawberries and cut into pieces. Spread the cream on top. You can also layer the strawberries and cream.
  3. Garnish with cocoa powder and a fresh mint leaf if you like.
