“Creme Brulee” Cake

Ingredients

  • Sour cream – 150 Grams
  • Sugar – 250 grams (150 grams – in dough, 100 grams – in cream)
  • Wheat flour – 300 grams
  • Butter – 150 grams (50 grams – in dough, 100 grams – in cream)
  • Cocoa powder – 1.5 Art. spoons
  • Soda – 1 Teaspoon
  • Milk – 400 Milliliters
  • Chicken eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Corn starch – 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar – 5 Grams

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the Creme brulee cake.
  2. Place the sour cream in a bowl.
  3. Add sugar.
  4. Melt the butter and add to the bowl as well.
  5. Add cocoa powder.
  6. Add soda quenched with lemon juice or vinegar. And wheat flour.
  7. Knead a soft, elastic dough.
  8. Divide the dough into five pieces. Roll each piece into a thin layer and place in the pan. Stick with a fork.
  9. Bake the cakes.
  10. Cook the cream. Pour milk into a saucepan and place on the stove. In a bowl, mix 2 yolks, 100 grams of sugar and 3 tablespoons of starch. When the milk starts to boil, add this mixture.
  11. While stirring constantly, bring the cream until thick.
  12. Put butter in hot cream.
  13. Stir the cream and butter until smooth.
  14. Layer the cakes with cream.
  15. Decorate the cake to your liking. I have whipped whites with sugar in a water bath.
  16. Use a cooking bag with a nozzle to plant the flowers.
  17. The “Creme brulee” cake is ready.
  18. Let the cake soak for 5-6 hours.
  19. And it can be served with tea, coffee, compote.
