Ingredients

  • 2 leeks
  • 200 g ham (cooked ham)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable stock
  • 50 ml cream
  • 100 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 pork schnitzel or chicken schnitzel
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Wash the leek and cut into thin rings. Cut the boiled ham into cubes. Fry the leek in a pan. After about 5 minutes add the boiled ham and fry with it. Deglaze everything with water and cream and bring to the boil.
  2. Add creme fraiche and stir in. Season to taste with salt, pepper, vegetable stock and paprika. Bring everything to the boil again briefly.
  3. Wash the schnitzel, pat dry, pat if necessary and place next to each other in a baking dish. Cover with the leek and cream mixture and bake everything at 200 ° C (convection) for about 30 minutes.
  4. Tip: the schnitzel is gratinated with cheese.
