Ingredients

  • 3 banana (s)

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • some vanilla (Bourbon vanilla)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Peel the bananas, mash them on a plate with a fork and add the lemon juice.
  3. Mix the softened butter, brown sugar and vanilla in a bowl and slowly stir in the beaten eggs and 175 g flour. Add half of the banana puree and mix in. First mix the baking powder with the remaining flour, a pinch of salt and the other half of the banana puree. Then add to the dough and stir well. Grease and flour a baking pan and pour in the batter.
  4. Bake in the hot oven for approx. 45 minutes.
  5. Finally dust the cake with powdered sugar.
  6. Tip: The dough can also be refined with cinnamon or brown rum.
