Ingredients
- 3 banana (s)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), the juice from it
- 200 g suar, brown
- 3 egg (s), whisked
- 200 g butter, soft
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- some vanilla (Bourbon vanilla)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- Fat for the shape
- Flour for the mold
- Icing sugar for dusting

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Peel the bananas, mash them on a plate with a fork and add the lemon juice.
- Mix the softened butter, brown sugar and vanilla in a bowl and slowly stir in the beaten eggs and 175 g flour. Add half of the banana puree and mix in. First mix the baking powder with the remaining flour, a pinch of salt and the other half of the banana puree. Then add to the dough and stir well. Grease and flour a baking pan and pour in the batter.
- Bake in the hot oven for approx. 45 minutes.
- Finally dust the cake with powdered sugar.
- Tip: The dough can also be refined with cinnamon or brown rum.
