- 4 apples, e.g. Elstar
- 0.5 ½ cup sugar, brown
- 0.5 ½ cup oatmeal
- 0.5 ½ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0.5 ½ cup butter

- Cut the apples into fine wedges and put them in an oven-safe form (a small round form per person looks best)
