Crispy Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients
- Potatoes – 500 Grams
- Grated Parmesan – 1/2 Cup
- Grated mozzarella – 1/2 Cup
- Grated Cheddar – 1/2 Cup
- Hard cheese – 1/2 cup (finely diced)
- Chicken egg – 1 Piece
- Milk – 3 tbsp
- Corn flour – 3 tbsp
Directions
- Boil the potatoes until tender. Mash in a puree along with warm milk. Refrigerate.
- Prepare the cheeses: grate and cut them.
- Add the cheeses to the puree.
- Add the egg.
- Then cornmeal. Stir. Season with salt to taste.
- Use a piping bag or just a spoon to form strips or balls and toss into boiling oil.
- Fry until golden brown and place on a paper towel.
- When serving, sprinkle with paprika and thyme leaves. Or do not sprinkle with anything.
