Ingredients

  • 250 g turkey schnitzel or chicken schnitzel
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 100 g corn flakes (fitness flakes)

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into strips approx. 1 cm wide (like fingers).
  2. Mix the soy sauce, honey and mustard to a marinade and marinate the poultry parts in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Meanwhile, crush the flakes. This is best done in a towel or freezer bag (simply roll over it mercilessly with the kitchen roll). Then turn the marinated chicken pieces in the flakes and place on a prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. Turn halfway through to make them evenly crispy.
  4. Also taste very good cold!
