  • Cold water – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch

  1. Shake the egg with water and a pinch of salt.
  2. Cut the lavash into squares with a side of about 12 cm.
  3. Lubricate one square of pita bread with a loose egg and lay the second on top “crosswise”.

  4. Place the resulting octagon in the cupcake tray and fill the rest of the slots in the same way.
  5. Bake the pita tartlets in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Let the finished baskets cool without removing them from the mold.
  6. Fill the cooled tartlets with a salad, any appetizer or just sweet cream and place on the festive table.
