Ingredients

  • 600 g potato (s) (small baby potatoes)
  • 3 tablespoon oil (sesame oil)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sambal oelek
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, approx. 2 cm, finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 0.75 teaspoon ¾ salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the baby potatoes and cut in half lengthways. Mix the sesame oil, sambal oelek and ginger together in a bowl. Now mix in the potatoes and sesame seeds and season with salt. Then spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 25 minutes.
  3. Serve as a side dish with grilled meat, for example. Also goes well with the fondue chinoise.
