  • 1.2 kg potato (s), waxy
  • 50 g clarified butter
  • 100 g parmesan, rated
  • 40 g sesame seeds
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Slice the potatoes thinly. Melt the clarified butter, spread thinly on the tray. Spread the potato slices on the tray like a roof tile. Drizzle the remaining clarified butter on the potatoes. Salt lightly, sprinkle the parmesan and sesame seeds on top. Bake for about 30 minutes.
