Ingredients

  • 200 g minced meat (turkey)
  • 25 g pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon sambal oelek
  • 1 slice (s) toast bread
  • 1 tablespoon oil (sesame oil) for frying

Instructions

  1. Roast the pine nuts in a pan until golden yellow. Then finely chop. Crumble the toast and soak in warm water. Express well.
  2. Mix the turkey mince, sambal oelek, toast and pine nuts in a bowl to a malleable mass. Moisten your hands well and twist small balls out of the mass.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a pan. Fry the balls in it over medium heat until golden brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels. Then stick three balls (or more or less - depending on your mood) on a toothpick and serve or even plaster it like that.
