Ingredients
- 1 kg low-fat quark
- 4 medium egg (s)
- 200 g suar
- 150 g butter, soft
- 1 packet pudding powder
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 100 g muesli (reardless whether it is chocolate, fruit, etc.)
- 100 g butter, soft
- 100 g flour
- 100 g suar

- For the cheese cream:
- Beat the sugar with butter and eggs until frothy.
- Then stir in the quark, baking powder and pudding powder until a creamy mixture is formed.
- Now divide the dough into two parts and stir the cocoa powder into one half.
- Now alternately put the dough, always 2 tablespoons at a time, in the middle of a greased springform pan (26 mm), this creates the zebra pattern! Bake the cake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven to 160 ° C.
- In the meantime, knead the crumble together from the last 4 ingredients. Now take the cake out of the oven and spread the crumble on it. Bake the cake for another 40 minutes.
- Let the cake cool down with the oven door open!
