Croissants with Boiled Condensed Milk

  • Yeast puff pastry – 500 g
  • Boiled condensed milk – 100 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Wheat flour – for burning the table
  • Vegetable oil – for greasing parchment

Directions

  1. We prepare products for making croissants. Defrost the puff pastry in advance. In addition to puff pastry, boiled condensed milk and eggs, you will also need flour to work with the dough and vegetable oil to grease the parchment
  2. Roll out the dough into a rectangle 3-5 mm thick.
  3. Cut the dough into triangles with a base of 5-6 cm.
  4. Put a teaspoon of boiled condensed milk on each triangle.
  5. Roll up puff pastry rolls with condensed milk, starting from the wide side of the triangle.
  6. We turn on the oven and heat up to 200 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and grease the parchment with vegetable oil. Put the bagels on a baking sheet. Let stand for 30-35 minutes at room temperature.
  7. Beat the egg with a fork.
  8. Grease each croissant bagel with an egg. We bake croissants from puff yeast dough in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Croissants with condensed milk are ready.
