Ingredients
- 4 slices brown bread (mixed rye bread)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tomato (s)
- 1 scoop mozzarella
- salt and pepper
- possibly basil

- Roast the bread in the toaster until dark and crispy (of course you can also use rustic white bread), then rub half a clove of garlic while still warm and then drizzle with a few drops of olive oil. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into thin slices. Cover the bread with the tomato slices and season with salt. Then put the mozzarella on top and pepper. Garnish with Bailikum leaves if necessary.
- Great as a snack or for social gatherings and extremely easy to make.
