Ingredients

  • 1 ciabatta
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • Pepper, a.d.M.
  • 300 g sheep cheese, creamy

Instructions

  1. Puree the basil and olive oil, stir the sheep`s cheese with creme fraiche until creamy, press the garlic, mix the cheese cream together with the basil mixture and the remaining spices (mixer).
  2. Cut the ciabatta into finger-thick slices, roast lightly under the preheated oven grill, brush with the cheese cream and serve.
