Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread (country bread or brown bread)
  • 100 g Goronzola
  • 1 large pear (s), ripe and firm
  • some butter, about 1 stitch
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • some honey to drizzle with

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the pear. Dissolve sugar in butter in a saucepan over a low heat and add the pear slices. Heat carefully until the pear slices are thickly coated on all sides with the butter and sugar mixture. The pear must not overcook.
  2. In the meantime, toast the bread. Spread the Gorgonzola on top and bake in the preheated oven at approx. 160 ° C for about 5 minutes until the cheese is creamy and starts to melt.
  3. Then take it out of the oven and spread the pear slices with the entire butter and sugar mixture on top. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with black pepper. Serve warm.
