Ingredients

  • 1 white bread (ciabatta)
  • 8 tablespoon olive oil
  • 400 g tomato (s)
  • 2 packs mozzarella, each 0 g
  • some oregano or basil, fresh
  • 6 tablespoon parmesan, freshly grated
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • salt
  • 1 clove garlic, to taste

Instructions

  1. The bread is cut into slightly thicker slices, drizzled with olive oil and placed on a greased baking sheet. Cut the tomatoes crosswise at the base of the stem, scald with hot water and peel off the skin. Now core and finely dice the tomatoes. Cut the drained mozzarella into slices and spread over the bread together with the tomatoes and the oregano or basil leaves. Salt and pepper the whole thing and drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Scatter parmesan cheese over the bread. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  2. If you want, you can mix in fresh garlic.
