  • Tomatoes (small) – 2-3 pcs.
  • Red onion – 0.5 pcs.
  • Chicken eggs – 1 pc.
  • Lettuce leaves – 2-3 pcs.
  • Raw smoked bacon – 2 strips
  • Homemade crackers – 1 handful
  • Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Apple cider vinegar (or wine) – 1 tbsp
  • Sour cream – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. Prepare foods for salad with croutons and bacon. The egg must be boiled hard (7-8 minutes from the moment of boiling). Wash the vegetables.

  2. Crackers can be bought ready-made, but it is better to make homemade. Cut the white bun into small cubes.
  3. Dry the bun cubes in the oven and cool.
  4. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
  5. Fry the bacon until golden brown.
  6. At the end, add a spoonful of sour cream and stir.
  7. The bacon is ready. Let it cool down.
  8. While the bacon is cooling, prepare a salad dressing with oil, vinegar, and mustard. Salt and pepper a little.
  9. Cut the onion into feathers, cut the tomatoes and eggs into slices. If the tomato is large, then cut it into large cubes.
  10. Place lettuce leaves torn in large pieces on a serving plate.
  11. Put tomatoes, eggs and onions beautifully on the salad.

  12. Top with a handful of crackers and fried bacon. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
  13. Stir salad before serving.
