Croutons for Breakfast

When I want to start the day beautifully, I cook such croutons in the oven – with cheese, carrots, and herbs. The outside is crispy, the inside is soft, very aromatic, and, of course, delicious! Croutons for breakfast – fast, simple, and beautiful! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Bread – 150 g
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 30 g
  • Carrot
  • Greens (parsley)
  • Spices (mix of peppers)
  • Salt

Directions

  1. I cut the bread about a centimeter thick.
    I rub carrots and cheese on a fine grater, cut greens finely.
  2. Beat eggs, salt, add spices (usually a mixture of peppers).
  3. I mix eggs with cheese, carrots, and herbs.
  4. I dip the slices of bread into the resulting egg-cheese mixture and spread them on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.
    I put it in an oven preheated to 200˚C. I cook croutons with egg and cheese in the oven for 10 minutes.
    A beautiful, quick, and tasty breakfast is ready!
