Croutons with Boiled Egg, Mayonnaise and Herbs

Croutons with boiled egg, mayonnaise and herbs are a delicious and hearty breakfast or snack made from the simplest ingredients. Crispy bread toasted with butter is greased with mayonnaise, sprinkled with grated boiled egg and fresh parsley – it turns out very tasty!

Ingredients

  • White bread – 130 g (5 slices)
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 30 g
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Fresh parsley – 15-20 g
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Required products for 5 boiled egg croutons.
  2. Put the eggs in a saucepan, fill with water, add a pinch of salt, set on maximum heat and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to medium and cook eggs for about 8 minutes. Cool the boiled eggs in cold water.
  3. Grease each slice of bread with butter.
  4. Heat a dry frying pan over medium heat. Put the slices of bread in the pan, butter side down.
  5. Fry the bread for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  6. Thus, we fry all the slices of bread.
  7. We wash the parsley, dry it and chop finely with a knife.
  8. Peel the eggs and rub on a medium grater.
  9. Grease each fried toast with mayonnaise
  10. Then lay out the grated eggs and salt to taste.
  11. And sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  12. Croutons with boiled egg, mayonnaise and herbs are ready.
