Croutons with Cheese for Breakfast

Croutons for breakfast – fast, simple, and beautiful! Croutons with cheese are a great start to the day. Crispy outside, soft inside, very aromatic, and of course delicious. If you add garlic, you get a great beer snack.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Wheat bread – 4 slices
  • Soft processed cheese – 1 pc.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – ½ cup
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Chopped greens – 2 teaspoon.
  • Ground paprika – ½ teaspoon.
  • Salt to taste

How to make cheese croutons:

Directions

  1. Grate the cheese.
  2. Mix cheese with herbs, paprika, and salt.
  3. Mix.
  4. Combine eggs with milk and salt.
  5. Beat.
  6. Moisten the bread in the resulting egg-milk mixture and fry in butter on both sides.
  7. Divide the cheese mass into two toasted bread slices, cover with the remaining croutons.
  8. Place the filled croutons in the oven and heat them until the cheese is melted.
