Garlic Croutons are a quick hot snack recipe perfect for beer. They are made from rye bread, and the spicy sauce for toasts gives them piquancy and rich taste.

Rye bread – 5-6 slices
Vegetable oil – 25 g
For the sauce:
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
Yolk – 1 pc.
Vegetable oil – 120 g
Lemon juice – 4-5 tbsp
Water – 1-2 tbsp
Salt – 1-2 pinches

Prepare garlic sauce for croutons . Crush the garlic.
Add a little yolk, rubbing.
Without ceasing to rub, add vegetable oil in small portions (1-2 tablespoons each).
Season with lemon juice and salt, pour in cold boiled water so that the sauce for the croutons acquires the consistency of mayonnaise. Stir well.
Cut the bread into suitable sized pieces. It is convenient to cut each slice of bread into 4 parts.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry slices of bread in oil over medium heat. First 2-3 minutes on one side, and then 1-2 minutes on the other side.
Cool and pour over garlic toast sauce. Garlic rye croutons are ready.
