Croutons with Grated Cheese and Eggs

Ingredients

  • White bread – 200 g
  • Milk – 1 glass
  • Butter – 20 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Grated cheese – 20 g

Directions

  1. Cut the white bread into 1 x 1 cm cubes.
  2. Drive chicken eggs into a bowl, add milk.
  3. Whisk the eggs and milk.
  4. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater.
  5. Moisten the prepared bread in milk, beaten with eggs.
  6. Then sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. Heat a frying pan, melt the butter.
  8. Put prepared bread in hot butter.
  9. Fry the bread in butter over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until browned (about 2-3 minutes).
  10. Croutons with grated cheese and eggs are ready!
