Croutons with Onions

Ingredients

  • Bread – 8 slices
  • Onions (medium-sized) – 2 pcs.
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying
  • Greens (optional) – to taste

How to make croutons with onions:

Directions

  1. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Then add eggs to it, salt, and mix thoroughly.
  3. We spread the resulting mass on slices of bread.
  4. Next, put the bread (onion down) in a preheated pan with butter and fry the croutons with onions for 3 minutes on each side. When serving, croutons with onions can be sprinkled with fresh herbs.
