  • 500 g suar
  • 375 grams margarine
  • 2 large egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 cans fruit or fresh fruit your choice

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Add the other ingredients except for the fruit and mix everything well with the dough hook. The result is no homogeneous dough, but crumbs remain. The main thing is that all ingredients are well mixed.
  2. Now half of the mixture is pressed onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then comes the drained fruit. The rest of the dough is plucked on top as a crumb. It is then baked for about 50 - 60 minutes at 200 ° C top / bottom heat. When the cake is golden brown, it`s done.
  3. In summer this cake tastes very good with fresh plums, rhubarb or especially with gooseberries.
