Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ egg liqueur
  • 1 lemon (s), the zest
  • 120 g butter, cold
  • 150 grams flour
  • 100 g suar
  • Fruit, ad libitum

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour with baking powder. Mix butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and grated lemon zest until creamy. Gradually add the eggs and stir until frothy. Stir in the liqueur, fold in the flour.
  2. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (bake with a baking frame, then the edge will be nicer).
  3. Then distribute the well-drained fruit on top (I always thicken the fruit with pudding). For the crumble, cut 120 g butter into small pieces, mix with 150 g flour and 100 g sugar and grate into coarse crumbs.
  4. Cover the cake with crumble and bake at 180 ° for about 60-70 minutes.
