Ingredients

  • 300 g raspberries
  • 700 g apples
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the sprinkles:

  • 200 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla pod (s), the pulp
  • 200 g suar
  • 100 g butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the apples and lemon juice with a little water and 100 g sugar for about 15 minutes, until the apples are soft.
  2. Make the streusel from the ingredients listed above.
  3. Put the raspberries and apples in a baking dish without any liquid (!). Sprinkle sprinkles on top.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
