  • 1 apple with red skin
  • 1 medium carrot (s)
  • 20 grapes, dark
  • 5 walnuts, halved
  • 1 tablespoon naked oats
  • 180 ml water

Instructions

  1. Wash the apple, remove the stone, stem and flower base and cut into pieces. Wash the grapes and use them without stalks. Wash the carrot and cut into thin slices. Press the naked oats through the flake press. Put all ingredients in the blender and mix to the desired degree of fineness.
