  • 500g flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 20 g yeast
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 1 powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast, sugar and milk together, let rise. Knead with the other ingredients to make a smooth dough (add some milk if necessary). Place the dough in a bowl with cold water for 1 hour (if necessary wrap it with cling film, but it doesn`t have to be), do not roll out too thinly. Bake lightly at 175 ° C for about 10 minutes, then toss in icing sugar mixed with cinnamon.
