Instructions

  1. Wash the carrot and cut into thin slices. Wash the apple, remove the stone, stem and flower base and cut into cubes. Wash the mango, cut off an appropriately sized piece and dice. Put everything in the blender with water and almonds and mix to the desired degree of fineness.
