  1. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Remove the pips from the seeds and partitions, also cut into cubes. Wash the spinach leaves and cut into smaller pieces. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sear the onion and garlic in it and deglaze with the water and then add the lentils and paprika, bring to the boil and cook for about 8-10 minutes with the lid closed. Season to taste with herbal salt and chilli flakes and add the teaspoon of olive oil as an additional flavor ingredient. If you prefer the whole thing a little more liquid, take 300 ml of water.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
