  • 60 g mun bean seedlins, freshly sprouted
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes or 1 full-size tomato

Instructions

  1. Cut the cocktail tomatoes into slices or the normal tomatoes into cubes.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix thoroughly with all the ingredients, ideally with a fork and, if desired, season with salt and chilli flakes. Heat a coated pan and add the egg mixture to the pan, stirring gently with a spatula.
