Ingredients

  • 1 packet berries, mixed, frozen
  • 2 cups cream
  • 500 ml natural yogurt
  • 500 ml yogurt, vanilla
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • Biscuit (s) (Amarettini), roughly crumbled

Instructions

  1. Let the berry mixture thaw briefly and then pour it into the dessert glasses as the first layer.
  2. On top of this comes the well-mixed cream of cream, natural yoghurt, vanilla yoghurt and vanilla sugar (possibly more or less sweetened).
  3. Keep the filled glasses in a cool place until ready to serve.
  4. Just before serving, so that they stay crispy, the Amarettini breadcrumbs are sprinkled on top.
