Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken, cooked, cut into cubes
  • 100 g celery, diced
  • 50 g sprin onion (s), cut into rolls
  • 100 g cranberries, dried
  • 0.5 ½ apple, peeled and diced
  • 100 g cashew nuts
  • 200 g Miracel Whip
  • sugar
  • Cream, or milk

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients.
  2. Liquefy Miracle Whip with sugar and a little cream or milk, pour over the salad and mix well.
  3. Let it steep for at least an hour.
  4. It is best served with a baguette.
  5. It also tastes great the next day.
  6. Tip:
  7. I sometimes use a mixture of 150 g mayonnaise and a packet of Salatfix mixed with 6 tablespoons of cream as a dressing. Chicken is often left over from fried chicken from the day before.
