Instructions

  1. Cut the cherries into wedges. Bring the cream with honey, sugar and flour to the boil briefly while stirring. Remove the pan from the heat, fold in the cherries and almonds.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place about 40 small almonds on top with a tablespoon. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Melt the couverture, brush the underside of the almonds with it and let it dry.
