  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons, heaped cocoa powder, preferably raw cocoa
  • 1 dash water

Instructions

  1. First preheat the oven to 125 ° C and line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Then mix the oatmeal and forest honey in a bowl to a sticky mass. Stir in the cinnamon and cocoa. Stir everything well and then spread it on the baking sheet and put it in the oven for 30 - 45 minutes, until it is nice and firm. Now you just have to let it cool down and crumble.
  2. I always keep a little more in stock and keep it in a can. You can mix it in a homemade muesli or a yogurt with fruit.
