Ingredients

  • 150 g oatmeal
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 50 g walnuts, rouhly chopped
  • 50 g cashew nuts, rouhly chopped
  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla powder, alternatively a few drops liquid vanilla flavor
  • 1 organic lemon (zest)
  • 50 mg agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 120 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Mix the oats, kernels, nuts and coconut flakes in a large bowl. Mix agave syrup, lemon peel, cinnamon and vanilla powder in a separate bowl. Add this mixture to the oatmeal mixture and stir very thoroughly until everything is evenly mixed.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on top and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes until it is dry and golden yellow. In the case of small trays, stir / turn once in between.
  5. Let the granola cool completely and close it in an airtight container.
  6. Makes about 10 servings of 40 grams each. One serving has 210 Kcal.
