  • 500 g noodles (spiral noodles)

  • 1 glass pickled cucumber (approx. 360 g)
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 5 carrot (s)
  • 1 can corn (approx. 280 g)
  • 1 glass Miracel Whip (550 ml)
  • vinegar

  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water. Chop the peppers, carrots and cucumber into small pieces. Rinse the cooked pasta with cold water, season with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper, and let it steep while cooling.
  2. Add the peppers, carrots, cucumber, corn and Mirakel Whip to the noodles and mix well.
  3. The amount of pasta salad is suitable for the specified number of people when used as a side dish for grilling.
