Ingredients

  • some iceberg lettuce, some leaves it
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 piece (s) cucumber (s)
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 100 g corn (can), drained
  • 100 ml dressing your choice (suitable for ww)
  • 180 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • salt
  • Curry powder

Instructions

  1. Clean the lettuce leaves and spring onions. Wash the tomatoes. Peel the piece of cucumber. Cut everything into small pieces and put in a bowl. Add the corn and dressing and mix everything.
  2. Fry the chicken breast fillet in hot oil and season with salt and curry powder. Now add the ketchup, honey and water, toss everything briefly and distribute it on the salad. Serve immediately.
