Ingredients

  • 3 liters water
  • 300 g honey
  • 500 g cocoa powder
  • 1 kg dark chocolate
  • 10 g salt
  • 100 ml rum
  • 5 g iner paste
  • 5 g vanilla
  • 3 g cinnamon
  • 2 g cardamom powder
  • 50 g coffee beans, round

Also:

  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 2 liters milk
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the ingredients up to the coffee beans in a large saucepan, stirring constantly.
  2. Mix the other ingredients in a measuring cup and add to the mixture in the pot. Bring everything to the boil again and remove from the stove.
  3. The drinking chocolate is now ready to be consumed. Enjoy pure or with whipped cream, marshmallows or a dash of peppermint liqueur.
  4. Tip: The drinking chocolate can also be filled hot into screw-top jars and can then be kept longer in the refrigerator.
