  • Pork – 300-350 g (3 steaks)
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Orange – 1 pc.
  • Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
  • Cumin – 1 teaspoon.
  • Dried oregano – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Canned beans (for serving) – 0.5 cans

For the green sauce:

  • Fresh parsley or cilantro – 1 bunch
  • Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. Prepare food. Wash vegetables, herbs, and citrus fruits. Cut the meat into steaks if necessary.

  2. Squeeze orange and lemon juice. Chop the onion and garlic finely and add them to the bowl of juice. Add caraway seeds, paprika, and oregano. Mix well.

  3. Leave the pork marinated with citrus juice, onion, garlic, and spices for 3-5 hours. During this time, turn the meat several times.

  4. Prepare the green sauce. Put parsley (or cilantro) in a blender bowl, pour in vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Kill the contents of the blender to a state of gruel.

  5. Preheat the grill pan well. Put the marinated meat and fry until tender on both sides. Serve Cuban-style meat with canned beans and cooked green sauce on top of grilled pork.
