Ingredients

  • 2 sachets rice, basmati rice or 1 cup fragrant rice
  • cinnamon
  • 1 tube tomato paste
  • 1 cube broth
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 500 g pork beef or turkey, tofu also works
  • pepper
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 orange (s)
  • Oil (olive oil)
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • curry
  • cardamom

Instructions

  1. First cut the meat into cubes of approx. 2 cm and fry in a pan with a little olive oil. Then take it out of the pan and fry the chopped onion in it until translucent. Mash the stock cube in a little water and add to the onions with the tomato paste.
  2. Now the most important thing, squeeze the garlic cloves into the pan with it. Season to taste with pepper, paprika, curry and cardamom. (BE CAREFUL with cardamom !!!)
  3. Now put the meat back in and let it simmer on a low flame. If necessary, add water or sauce binder.
  4. Cook the rice according to the instructions, preferably with a little cinnamon (depending on your taste)
  5. Make fried eggs out of the eggs.
  6. Peel the orange, cut into slices and fry in butter.
  7. Now just put the whole thing on your plate and you`re done!
  8. Tip: If you want water in the sauce, it`s best to use the rice.
